Here is your one minute exercise to learn to beat stress:
- Make a fist as tight as you can, bring your shoulders to your ears and take a deep, slow breath in thru your nose and hold for 5 seconds
- Breathe out and let your shoulders, arms and hands completely relax as you breathe out
- Focus on your arms and legs and feel them getting heavy and warm, as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly feeling the tension draining out of your body from your head down through your body and out through your toes.
